Master of Ceremonies

Ken Seidl is a Business and Strategy Consultant with expertise in Strategic Management, Sales, Supply Chain Optimization, Supplier contract negotiations, and Management / Leadership Development. In the past 10 years, he has focused within the apparel industry. Some of Ken’s clients include Fruit of the Loom, Bella+Canvas, B & C Collection, Allmade Apparel, eRetailing,, Global Sportswear, and Russell Athletic.

Prior to consulting, Ken had a successful career, holding senior leadership positions at UPS, Industrial Distribution Group (IDG), Foamex International, alphabroder, and Fruit of the Loom.

Ken has an Associate of Science Degree from the Community College of Baltimore County and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees from Johns Hopkins University. He has multiple certifications including S.P.I.N Selling, George Washington University Project Management, and Corporate Negotiations from Harvard Law School.

Ken is an award-winning adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University and Catholic University and has facilitated multiple seminars with the CIA, GSA, the National Humane Society, National Girl Scouts, and Shirt Lab.

Tom is an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for community, marketing, and innovation.

Twenty-four years of print industry experience with BFA focused on Media arts, 2D and 3D Animation. Creative artist and printer, always on the cutting edge in the garment decoration world of technology, ink, printing, equipment, and art with previous employment at Gildan, Virus, and some top production companies. She is currently Director of Innovation at M&R Equipment, in Roselle, IL.

Richard Greaves

Growth Culture Communication

Richard has helped improve screen printing through hundreds of on-site visits, articles, and seminars all over the world.

He started in 1979 at Eder Manufacturing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where they sewed and printed custom flags plus printed t-shirts for the ad-specialty industry. Then he worked in a North Carolina shirt factory printing on shirts before they were sewn, then started another sewing and printing shop near Philadelphia with Jeffrey Gitomer specializing in four-color process printing. In 1984 he met Don Newman and eventually worked at Stretch Devices as a “General” manager.

Richard wrote a monthly column in Screenprinting magazine called Greaves on Garments for 9 years and was the technical editor for Printwear magazine for 5 years. He has the most complete collection of screen printing magazines known and has been a member of the Academy of Screen & Digital Printing Technology since 2000.

After traveling all over the world as a consultant. he settled down and worked at Lawson Screen Products as Supply Director, then moved to New York to work at Ulano as Technical Product Manager. After a stroke in 2009, he’s still traveling to speak and consult on screen printing problems and is a resource for answering questions.
